Upang mabawasan ang oras ng paghihintay ng mga aplikante at mapabilis ang transaksyon ng mga aplikante sa Consular Section, ang Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Riyadh ay bumuo ng isang E-passport Online Appointment System para sa passport renewal.
(To reduce the waiting time of applicants as well as the time they transact at the Consular Section, the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh is introducing an E-passport Online Appointment System for passport renewal.)
Pinapaalalahanan ang lahat na iwasan ang pagkuha ng doble-dobleng appointment upang mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang iba pang mga aplikante na makakuha ng kanilang appointment. Ang pagkuha ng higit pa sa isang appointment ay maaaring maging sanhi ng pagpapawalang bisa ng inyong appointment.
(Applicants are advised to avoid from multiple bookings in order for other applicant to obtain their appointments. This practice will subject the cancellation of the appointment.)
What to bring during registration?
1. Original or a photocopy of valid Philippine Passport
2. Iqama or Residence Permit
3. (For Seafarers) Photocopy of Seaman's Book or any document to verify that the applicant is a seafarer.
This additional service will also be extended to all clients during the scheduled consular outreach or Embassy on Wheels (EOW) around the Kingdom.
All Filipinos who will be coming to the Embassy for consular services are advised to arrive at least one (1) hour earlier before their scheduled appointments for passport services or expect extended time at the Embassy for the conduct of the overseas voting registration.END
Passport Appointment is Free of Charge
(Riyadh, 1 March 2017) – It has come to the attention of the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that certain agencies as well as private individuals have been offering assistance to Filipinos in order to obtain an appointment for the purpose of renewing their Philippine passports at the Embassy in Riyadh and during the conduct of mobile consular services or Embassy on Wheels (EOW) in key cities in the Eastern Region.
These agencies and individuals have been charging an amount for the said service ranging from SR100.00 to SAR500.00.
The Embassy reiterates that this practice is not authorized by the Embassy and that obtaining an appointment through the Embassy’s website is free of charge.
The Filipino community is again reminded to be more vigilant in dealing with such agencies and individuals and to report similar unscrupulous practices to the Embassy by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Said agencies and individuals who have been engaged in the said practice should likewise immediately cease and desist from this unauthorized activity.
